The “Community Vision“ prepared by the Working Group was based on the extensive community survey carried out by Strath Caulaidh Ltd during 2016. It represents our aspirations at this time but one of the tasks for the Forum will be to review it and update it as required over the coming years. In summary, our vision for 2030 is to be,
“A resilient, prosperous and welcoming community offering a high quality of life to local residents and visitors alike, by actively pursuing opportunities for sustainable economic and environmental development whilst maintaining the special character and cultural and language traditions of Applecross”.
